RocketOn Technology LLC operates newlycitizen. These Terms cover our app, website and related services. Contact support@newlycitizen.com for help.

Who may use the service

newlycitizen is for adults aged 18 and older preparing for the U.S. citizenship civics test. Use it only where the service and its processing are available and lawful. Features vary by release and location.

Study guidance

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS or other government agencies. We do not provide legal advice, determine eligibility or guarantee a test result or naturalization decision.

Official USCIS information takes precedence over our explanations, translations, practice scores and AI output. Rules and officeholder answers can change; check USCIS study materials and test updates.

AI explanations, transcription and grading can be wrong. Practice results do not establish readiness or guarantee that an officer will accept an answer. Report errors through the available feedback controls. Do not submit immigration documents, A-numbers, USCIS receipt numbers or sensitive case records; seek qualified help for personal legal questions.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some study features work as a guest; saving progress requires sign-in. Protect your account and device, and contact support about unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer or share account access to bypass ownership, payment or usage rules.

Do not access another person's data, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, disrupt the service, bypass safety, payment, reward or usage checks, or use automation to overload the service or extract proprietary content for resale. These rules preserve rights granted by law and applicable content or software licenses.

Content and privacy

We and our licensors retain rights in our software, branding and original materials. Including government materials does not make them exclusively ours.

You keep your rights in your submissions and permit processing needed to provide, secure and support your chosen features, as described in our Privacy policy. This permission does not cover unrelated advertising or training. These Terms do not replace any required consent for AI sharing, recording, ads or notifications.

An iOS app obtained through Apple is subject to the applicable Apple standard EULA, unless a valid custom EULA is supplied through the store.

Subscriptions and rewards

The app is in development. PRO subscriptions are not currently sold. Before purchase, the app will show the localized price, billing period, included features, allowances and reset rules. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront. Ordinary study and the separate tutor allowance remain free. Optional verified ad rewards, where offered, provide extra typed interviews; they do not increase recorded practice allowances. Features and reward requirements are explained in the app.

Apple subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period; refunds or reversals can affect access. Apple handles payment and refund decisions, subject to applicable consumer rights. A refund request does not guarantee approval or cancel renewal.

Manage subscriptions or request a refund. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing.

Sign in before buying or restoring. Purchases belong to the original app account; restore does not transfer them to another or deleted account. Contact support for ownership problems.

Availability and ending use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, exact notification timing or complete offline access. Where law permits, the service is provided as available.

We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms, with an explanation and support route where appropriate and practicable. Material changes to paid access will follow purchase conditions and applicable consumer protections, including refund rights.

You can stop using the service and delete your account. The Privacy policy explains deletion and records that may remain.

Law and changes

California law governs these Terms, while mandatory protections applicable to you remain unaffected. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These service Terms do not require arbitration; the applicable app license has separate terms.

We will date updates and provide any notice or acceptance choice required for material changes. An unannounced update does not establish your acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
