For a bug, include your app version, device model, what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, card details, immigration documents or case identifiers. Support cannot give immigration legal advice.
Account and privacy
Export or delete your account in Settings. If you cannot sign in, email us. See our Privacy policy for data handling and privacy rights.
Purchases
PRO subscriptions are not currently sold. When available, manage Apple subscriptions or request a refund. Deleting your account does not cancel billing.
For delayed confirmation, use Refresh or Restore Purchases in Settings → Plan with the original account. Do not buy again; email us if it remains unresolved. See our Terms of use for purchase conditions.
